Return & Exchange

About the address of the return center
In order to better handle your after-sales problems, contact a customer service specialist within 90 days. You can return the item to the return address provided by our customer service. Once we receive the package at the return center, we will check its quality to see if there is any damage. Once the return is qualified, we will refund or arrange an exchange for you.
Return and Exchange Policy (Clothing Series)
1. If the product you choose is not suitable, do not like or change your mind, we will replace it with another product or provide you with a refund.
2. This is to provide you with no wear or damage to the supply of the original product, it can be resold by us.
3. The customer will pay for return shipping, but we will pay for postage and delivery of the first replacement.
4. We understand that it is difficult to order the correct size for the first time. If you change your mind or order the wrong size, this means that we will pay the postage for your replacement, but only for the first replacement due to you changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.
If there is no problem with the product, the customer can only exchange it once, but if he orders the wrong size, he can't get a refund. 6. If that's not the case, the customer can't return the item, and only once. When a customer receives an item of a different size, he cannot return it.

Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns if:

1. Items with a 90-day warranty.
2. We cannot resell items that have been washed, worn, used or misused.
3. Discount items in the following categories or marked "Special" or "Sale".

Faulty product or defective product

Items received will be considered faulty if they are damaged or have a manufacturing malfunction within 90 days of purchase.

The product received may be slightly different from the product visualization on the website. Minor differences, such as slight color changes, are not considered to be the cause of product failure. If the type, color, accessories, size, or other key features of the clothing selected differ significantly from the clothing ordered, the product is considered incorrect. In this case, the product can be considered faulty and can be replaced/repaired or refunded following known procedures. The customer must very carefully describe the differences from the ordered product and provide pictures or videos to show the problem.

Order cancellation

Customers may cancel orders for any non-personalized models (ready-to-wear series) without cause at any time prior to shipment.

Replacement and Refund (Money back guarantee)

1. All returns will be checked by our after-sales service team upon arrival. Items must be in their original condition and all original boxes must be intact, along with all packing materials, manuals, accessories.
2. If replacement is needed, the processing time after replacement is 3-6 working days after receiving the goods, depending on the stock condition.
3. For refunds, we will process refunds within 3-6 business days after receiving your return. The time it takes for your refund to appear on your account after we process it depends on the method of payment. (It typically takes 3-5 working days for Paypal and 7-14 working days for credit or debit cards). Normally, the refund will be made on the original payment terms.
4. Please note that in order to prevent fraud, abuse or unusual use of the return and exchange policy, we may refuse to accept a return or exchange due to a change of heart. We will do so if we believe that you change your mind excessively, or if we have reason to believe that you are overusing or abusing our change your mind policy. Once the exchange has been sent, refunds will no longer be accepted.
5. The money back guarantee does not cover bulk/wholesale and custom orders.
6. By default, the refund cannot exceed the original order amount paid to the clerk.

The Company is not responsible for, nor aware of, any bank charges or exchange rate charges that may be incurred. These charges are processed by the issuing bank and are non-refundable.
